Refund policy

1. Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, cancellations or product exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances.


2. Exchange Window
•    Exchanges are accepted within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
•    After 3 days, we are unable to process any exchange requests.


3. Damaged Product
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product:
•    Please email us at krisatrends@gmail.com
•    Send a clear photo of the damaged area along with the product tags within 24 hours of receiving your order.

4. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video
•    A parcel opening video is compulsory for any complaint.
•    The video must clearly show the parcel being opened from the start until the product is fully displayed.
•    Complaints raised without a parcel opening video cannot be accepted.


5. Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:
•    Unused
•    In the same condition as received
•    With original foldings and tags intact
•    Returned in the original packaging


6. Exchange Dispatch
Your exchange product will be dispatched after we receive and verify the returned item.


7. Right to Refuse
Krisa Collections reserves the right to decline an exchange request if it is found invalid.
In such cases, the reason for refusal will be communicated via email, WhatsApp, or phone call.


8. Post-Purchase Damage
Krisa Collections is not responsible for any damage caused after purchase due to:
•    Rain
•    Stains
•    Overuse
•    Improper cleaning or washing
•    Normal wear and tear


9. Sale & Deal Price Products
Products purchased during Sale or at Deal Price are not eligible for exchange.
