Shipping policy

1. Dispatch Time
•    All orders are packed and handed over to the courier/logistics partner within 2 business days of order confirmation.
•    No dispatches are made on Sundays or public holidays, as courier partners do not operate on these days.


2. Shipment Notification
•    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing:
o    Tracking Number
o    Courier Company Details
o    Tracking Link
•    Please note:
Tracking information may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the courier’s website.
•    If the tracking does not update even after 24 hours, please email us.

3. Delivery Timings
•    Our courier partners deliver Monday to Saturday, between 9 AM – 7 PM.
•    No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
•    Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control including:
o    Weather conditions
o    Courier delays
o    Strikes or operational issues
o    Unexpected transit challenges


4.Delivery Availability
•    We deliver to all postal addresses across India.
•    Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate address with PIN code for smooth delivery.
•    Courier partner is selected based on the shipping location.
•    If private courier service is unavailable for the provided PIN code, your parcel will be shipped through India Post.


5. Multiple Shipments
•    If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on availability and safety in transit.
•    You may receive the items in different parcels on different days.


6. Transit Risk
•    All shipments from Krisa Collections are sent as fully insured, at no extra cost to you.
•    If the courier fails to deliver the package, you will not suffer any loss.
•    However, Krisa Collections is not responsible for:
o    Stolen packages after delivery
o    Lost parcels after being marked as delivered
o    Damage occurring after the courier leaves the parcel at your address


7. Delay in Shipment
•    If an item is out of stock or if any unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you via email.
•    Orders with multiple items of different availability may be shipped in multiple consignments.
•    If we are unable to fulfill any part of your order within a reasonable period, we may offer a refund for the unfulfilled portion.


8. Delivery / Package Issues
•    Any issue related to delivery or packaging must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
